New members problem

I've been told by multiple people that its not letting them join the forum due to email o.o
They all have gmail so I'm wondering if that has to do with it?

that question, only bung or members who knows well the forum configuration can answer it )))

But i placed it here so that incase someone used Gmail as their email i could find out if that wasnt the problem o.o

well i think they didn't activate their profile. They should check their mail.

I know some browser-based emails take longer to receive certain messages or sometimes don't receive them at all. At least, that's what my old Yahoo! Mail account told me.
Not sure about Gmail, though.

gmail account have been problematic before but there shouldnt be any reason gmail accounts dont recieve an activation request i dont think its been block but i havent used the admin panel in a couple of weeks

Did they activate their accounts?
